We stayed in this house for a month. It did not feel like many rentals do. This house was someone’s home. It was very well stocked, very clean and had many conveniences. The layout is great, with each bedroom having its own bath plus a half bath outside by the pool. The kitchen has a Keurig combination drip and pod coffeemaker which we appreciated. Lots of dishes, flatwear, glasses, pots and pans and even tupperware. The living room was comfortably furnished and the house has cable TV, not just a smart TV and wifi like most rentals. The dining room table top comes off to reveal a pool table which is great on rainy days. The pool was heated to 86 degrees and the spa heats up further when turned on. It’s a very nice pool area overlooking the canal. The dock is spacious and makes fishing in the canal easy. The location is great and Publix is very close. Being able to park in the garage makes unloading the car very convenient. There’s a large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum, cleaning supplies, etc
The rental agent was very responsive and answered texts very quickly. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and were greeted with
a welcome basket with snacks, sunblock, and Happy New Year hats and noisemakers, a nice touch.
I would love to stay here again. It was great.
