Great, super experience working with Bonnie Davis and her help working through the condo issues with us. We had problems with the owners not leaving us a mailbox key and the owners hiring their own cleaning service, which did not clean the condo for us. When we arrived the Floors were so filthy our feet were black and we had to ask Bonnie for a mop and bucket to scrub the floors ourself. And we paid $250 for that. Their living room area rug was so stained and dirty that we covered it up with small throw rugs, which were also dirty, so I had washed them before we used them. Sheets were all in a ball in the closet, or on the floor. I took pictures it was so unkept. We have stayed there in 8 different units and never seen this before.

Great stay over all,except lack of tv's in all bedrooms.There was also a lack of tv stations.
I have rented at Cape Harbour many times and will likely return.
