Beautiful condo in a great location. Balcony overlooks the marina and is nice for sipping your coffee in the morning or having a cocktail while watching the sun set. Live entertainment is a short walk away, with a selection of fun restaurants and cute shops. Molly is great!

unit large and very nicely decorated. But, the condo is not in a quiet location. There is loud aerobics 3 times a week and music at night. There is also construction going on across from the condo.
Was very familiar with the location but never stayed within the Cape Harbour complex. I wasn't let down by this property. It was everything I expected and then some. Clean, comfortable, convenient, with awesome views. Totally loved it and plan to return !
