Heron Paradise | 3 Bed 2 Bath canal front, pool home

The Home and condition’s were average.. We have been going here for 3 years and nothing has been done at this place.. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were very noisy, the mattresses need to be replaced, the master bath needs to be remodeled, ( ugly smelly shower area). We loved the pool, when it wasn’t starting to turn green,, ( definitely needs work to increase the filtration of the pool, and the skimmer is leaking..). My wife and I actually bought Pool chlorine to help the pool from turning algae green, because the first pool guys weren’t doing their job in maintaining the pool. The second group did a much better job. From the time of making the reservation until the time we left ( 2 months) we dealt over the phone with 3 representative of SWF Vacations, 2 others that we started with had quit SWF vacations??? When making our reservation, nobody told us about the new house being build right next door. This meant Construction noise and severe dust in the pool area from 7-5 everyday. Professional courtesy would have been to inform clients just what to expect for our 2 months..( we survived, but it was not fun). It’s a shame, that this could be a great locations if someone would put some money into the house to improve some of the conditions, instead of using this place to just collect the profit on the place..( don’t think we will return next year or any time soon),!
