The unit was excellent in all ways.
I have only two comments, first - extra towels racks would be a nice addition, and second- the smoke/fire/noise/seal on the main door frame needs to be repaired and the seal across the bottom of the door has a large gap. I do not know the Cape Coral code requirements for the bottom seal but my local code would require a better seal for fire and smoke control.
Looking forward to returning next year.

I have stayed at Cape Harbour many times and it’s among my favorites! I enjoy the restaurants, coffee shop and safety.
Christy Hinz was 100% helpful and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your resort in every way. My condo was exceptionally clean—-Christy is responsible for that—-quiet and fully supplied.
I am looking to rent in January and/or February, 2025.
